- RJRefat JSep 15, 20262.0I found this location to have somewhat less friendly staff. As I was checking out an employee just behind was scrolling on her phone
- CSCara SullivanSep 14, 20262.0I walked in there and there was next to no one in the store and no one greeted me. I was walking around with a dress to try on and no one asked if I wanted a fitting room. When I was leaving someone asked if I needed help and I said no and called them out for not greeting me when I walked in and the blond woman’s response was “we were busy” This is the second time I’ve been treated poorly at this location.
- MSMichael SaikiSep 7, 20265.0I am a first time customer at J Crew and I am now a long time customer. The staff was so sweet to me and my gf. The lady at the register, I believe her name was Mojy or Mogy, was a huge reason I will come back. She was so generous with her time and shared with us all the sales and offerings they had. She asked “tell everyone if they work with the lady with the accent (herself) to go easy on her”. She was nothing short of amazing. She made J Crew future dollars from me. I will definitely be back. Add that to the quality of the clothes, fully sold on them.
- SWStephanie WittSep 6, 20265.0I cannot say enough about much the ladies went above and beyond to help me use a discount on a very large purchase. They were patient and kind and had to do some real work to make it happen. I’ve always had great service here and their kindness will not be forgotten.
- MJMichelle JohnsonJul 9, 20261.0One store because the young guy is pretty nice. Now to the manager and older women there at the cash register and working the floor. Let’s just say if you’re a minority, you get this why are you shopping here attitude. I have been shopping with Jcrew for many years. The manager on 07/09/2026 didn’t want to touch my hand during a transaction. Black doesn’t rub off. But I’m glad she didn’t her nails were filthy and she looked unkept. Like she just rolled out of bed didn’t shower and came to work.
