  I purchased 4 items, and a security tag was left on one of the items. This location is the closest to us, a little over 1.5 hours away, so the added cost for fuel and time to fix their error made the purchase not even worth it. They weren't even sincerely apologetic.

  Staff was all super friendly and nice! at checkout I was pretty difficult because I had them price match stuff to online and Alannah (I think?) helped me and was super sweet and helpful!

  I’ve been having trouble finding a good pair of jeans whilst being postpartum… I came in with high hopes and thankfully a staff member by the name Alana made this visit well worth it !! She made me feel so comfortable and offered a helping hand with everything i was looking for . I left the store happy with the options she gave me , i feel great in my new pair of jeans !! My overall visit was amazing and all credit goes to her !! Thank you Alana !!

  Bailey is amazing! My husband absolutely loves AE’s Surf scent and he’s had trouble finding it this year. Totally didn’t ask for this level of above and beyond service, but Bailey swooped in and offered to call around to find the cologne. She’s pretty awesome!! Thanks for going the extra mile.
