Highly recommend this company for a purchase of your Fireplace or any service needs you might have. Devon and Jacob were who came for the service appointment this year and they were very professional and kind. Midwest Fireplace hires very professional, knowledgeable and nice people who you would always welcome into your home. Devon and Jacob did a great job!

They clearly explained to me up front what standard expenses were. Jacob and Devin arrived on time. They found that mice had chewed through some of the electrical wires. They installed a remote control arrangement. They carefully cleaned all of the glass and touched up the paint on the metal framing. The fireplace now looks as good as it did new some 23 years ago. I was pleased with their work.
