How much is the deposit and when do I pay?

What's your cancellation policy?

We understand that circumstances change. Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your scheduled order will not incur any fees. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your order will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your reservation.

Do I need to be home for delivery or pickup?

Your presence is not typically required. For residential deliveries, equipment will be placed in front of your garage door unless alternate arrangements have been made. You are responsible for the equipment from the time it is delivered until we retrieve it. When leaving items outside for pickup, please ensure they are protected from weather and secure from theft. If conditions make outdoor storage inadvisable, we recommend bringing items inside.

What if it rains on the equipment?

Equipment must be returned in the same condition as delivered. Please make every effort to keep all items dry and protected from weather. We understand that reasonable precautions may not always prevent exposure to the elements. However, equipment that shows signs of being left unprotected during storms or overnight in rain may result in cleaning or damage charges.

When will my delivery or pickup happen?

Standard delivery and pickup service occurs on weekdays between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Requests for specific time windows may be accommodated, though additional fees may apply during peak seasons due to scheduling requirements. For early morning, evening, or weekend service, please contact us to discuss availability and overtime rates.

When can I pick up or return items at the store?

Store pickup and returns are available during regular business hours without an appointment. Hours are Monday through Saturday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. From May through October, we are also open Sundays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. For large or specialized orders, items are typically prepared the day before your scheduled pickup.

How far in advance should I reserve my rentals?

We recommend making your reservation as soon as your event date is confirmed. Order details and quantities can be adjusted as your plans develop. Payment is not required until 7 days before your rental date. High-demand items such as tents, Chiavari chairs, and large table orders book quickly during peak season from May through October. For weddings and large events, we suggest reserving 4 to 8 weeks in advance when possible. We welcome inquiries at any time and will accommodate last-minute requests when inventory is available.

Do you set up tables, chairs, and tents?

Setup services are available for select items. Tents larger than 10' x 20' include professional setup as part of the rental price. Tables and chairs are delivered stacked for customer placement. If you require full setup and breakdown services for tables and chairs, please inform us when booking to discuss availability and associated costs.

What happens if something gets damaged or goes missing?

Accepted Answer

Customers are responsible for rental equipment from delivery or pickup through return. Normal wear during events is expected. If items are damaged beyond typical use or are not returned, replacement costs may be charged. We ask that equipment be treated with reasonable care throughout the rental period.

Is there a minimum order amount?

Accepted Answer

There is no minimum order requirement. We accommodate orders of all sizes, from a few items for small gatherings to large quantities for major events. Delivery fees begin at $145 and include both delivery and pickup, so customers with smaller orders often choose store pickup to reduce costs. Orders of any size are welcome.
