- TWTabitha Willeytoday5.0Everything you'd want in an outdoor store.
- WBWyan BowmanOct 6, 20263.0Great place to purchase hunting, fishing and outdoor equipment. But a little high priced.
- DLdan luttrellSep 27, 20265.0Good selection of sporting good, boats and clothing.
- ADAnthony DooleySep 18, 20261.0They didn’t put an item that they charged me in my bag. And I live about an hour away so I don’t feel like making the drive again to pick it up. They for some reason can’t just refund me the item even though they never gave it to me and charged me. Overall just leaves a bad taste. Would rather go somewhere else.
- VMVishnu MooleSep 10, 20261.0Absolutely terrible customer service and management. I came to this location to exchange a rod and reel I had just purchased the day before at Legend’s store. When it was originally spooled, the staff failed to tie the line to the reel at the beginning. Because of this, when the reel accidentally detached into the water on the lake, the line pulled completely off, leaving me with an empty string and the reel at the bottom of the lake. I explained the situation to the manager, Troy, and he was incredibly sarcastic dismissive, and unhelpful. He flat-out refused to honor the exchange, giving me an excuse that it would count as a loss on their store's "profit and loss" margins, and told me I had to drive all the way back to the Legends store where I bought it. Instead of standing behind the company's products and mistakes, he forced me to make a 2-hour round trip just to avoid taking the hit on his store's metrics. All he wanted to do was gloat about his 20 year experience at the store and 40 years fishing while giving zero thought to customer issues. Easily the worst retail experience I’ve had. Avoid this location if you expect any level of decent customer service or accountability.
