  Stopped by today. I had a little time on my hands after I got off work so just popped in to look around. Stumbled onto a couple things I've been meaning to pick up but haven't made the time before. Put the items on the counter. The lady behind the counter asked me for my phone number. I didn't really want to but I gave it to her, thinking I'd just opt out of the text messages once they started. Then she asked for my email too. I asked her why they needed that and she told me that was how they send the receipt and send you notifications about sales and specials. I told her I didn't want those emails and didn't want to give her my email address. She literally, right in front of me, threw her hands up, shook her head and rolled her eyes at me. If I hadn't seen it, I wouldn't have believed it. I told her that she could just put the items back because I didn't want to spend my money at a store that treats customers that rudely. I started to just walk out. As I made the turn to go out the door, I saw her and the other young man clearly talking about that interaction and laughing about it. I turned and went back to the counter (I know I shouldn't have let that bother me) and asked them if they thought that whole thing was funny. I asked if they thought it was funny to treat a customer rudely and then laugh about it. The manager (a very young dude) came over when he heard my voice getting louder. She, of course, made it sound like she hadn't acted like I was completely unreasonable because I didn't want to give them my email to send endless emails to. I didn't have much stuff. Maybe $120 worth of items but I would never set foot in that store again.

  Tyler went above and beyond for me this morning. We are having a hard time locating a specific size of shoe. Due to the fact I have to drive over I called and asked if he would go look to see if they had the size and he did!! This is a customer service must and he did it without hesitation!! Thank you so much I love your store!! Way to Go Tyler!!
