  I visited this Lululemon store couple days ago , and while the staff were friendly and welcoming, the checkout experience was disappointing. There was a very long line with only one cashier working, while several other employees were standing in the back chatting instead of helping customers. We shop at this store regularly and spend a significant amount here every year, so this was frustrating to experience. The customer service attitude was good, but I hope management can improve staffing during busy times. Having more team members assist at checkout when lines are long would make a big difference and provide a much better customer experience.

  I received great service here. The team members were attentive, and Colton specifically was a star. The place is very clean as well. Well done.

  Sale advisors were not friendly. Ladies working at the firing room were kind and helpful

  Went in intent on spending some money and checking out their store upgrade. Can say with all confidence that their customer service remains exactly the same — nonexistent. Decided to spend my money elsewhere. Plenty of stores in Leawood to choose from … this one just wasn’t it

  So good! Clothes are super comfy and amazing to work out in. The staff is super helpful to.
