I used to love this location before it moved across the street. I stopped in recently to shop for several items for an upcoming trip and was disappointed by the overall experience. An employee asked if I needed help, and I mentioned I wanted to start a fitting room. At other locations, staff usually help gather items and set one up, so I was surprised when I was simply told, “It’s in the back.” When I got to the fitting room area, things were even more disappointing. There was nowhere to place my purse except on the floor. The fitting room itself was not clean — there was something on the wall, and I stepped in a sticky substance on the floor while in my socks. This location did not meet the standards I’ve come to expect from Lululemon. I always had positive, friendly experiences at the previous store, but this visit felt very different. Unfortunately, I left empty-handed.

After reading several recent reviews I was unsure what kind of customer service to expect in the store, but everyone I encountered was very friendly. I was especially glad to meet Janelle who listened to what I was looking for and helped me without being pushy. It was a great shopping experience!

If i could give this store 0 stars I would. I'm typing this for my wife. She came home very upset with how she was treated at the Leawood location. My wife explained to me that a taller white blonde haired female has been very rude to her on 2 different occasions. She was talked down to and treated like a thief. This is not how a Collective Pinnacle customer or any customer should be treated for that matter. I've seen countless reviews about this females behavior. We called corporate today and are awaiting a callback. We will be shopping at ALO exclusively.

i went into lululemon the past 2 days to return some items for store credit. i understand the policy fully and am completely aware some items they cannot take back! i have spent close to 1000$ in the past here and figured i could put that money into some new items i would actually wear. this sweet ginger girl was the kindest most sweetest soul ever. she made conversation and talked to me and made me feel welcomed, same with the lady working the fitting rooms that night. imagine my surprise when the next day i strut into lulu and this blonde male employee has a unwelcoming demeanor off the bat. it felt as though he, and multiple other employees working there, were looking down on me and felt pretentious. mind you, the day before he had DUG through my bag because the alarms went off. the alarm went off when i walked in and he saw and acknowledged that yet still dug through my bag like i was stealing. i promise you if im spending close to 100$ on items i will not be treated like this. do better seriously. especially for an “inclusive” place. so moral of the story i flipped your store off when i left and will not be returning and if i do, its to be petty. above all im sure many others have felt this way by the hands of your employees who think they are all that simply because they work there. don’t forget who’s paying for your checks and why your working there. to get a discount for stuff you probably can’t afford otherwise. i hope you sort this out and best of luck! :)
