She was incredibly helpful and helped me put together a beautiful charm and chain combination that I absolutely love. Unfortunately, she accidentally quoted me the wrong price. Mistakes happen, and it was clear it was an honest error. What was disappointing was how the situation was handled afterward. Her manager tried to step in, which made the experience feel awkward and frustrating. We ended up leaving because of it. After talking it over, we decided to come back and complete the purchase because we genuinely love the jewelry and have always been impressed with its quality. Despite the hiccup, I’m very happy with my new piece and know I’ll enjoy it for years to come.
