- GDgowtham DiviSep 26, 20265.0Stopped by to check some clothing for Men & Women. The store has some good options to try . I bought a couple of shorts, jeans, shirts and women’s jeans for my sister. Surprisingly, The store has excellent prices to shop more often. Associate (Laila) was so Kind and generous made this experience even more Nice ! Thank you Laila
- DIDan IsemanAug 19, 20261.0Went to return a pair of jeans with tags still on and receipt in hand but would not return due to 30day return policy even though they are still selling that exact jean on the shelf. No exceptions. Terrible customer service.
- MCMarcos ChavezMay 3, 20261.0I was shopping with my family and the manager Tifanie, asked us very condescendingly if my daughter was going to buy a toy she was playing with like If we were going to break the stuffed animal. Then could see her talking about us with other employees. Made us feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. On the way out I also saw an employee crying heading to the back room. I wouldn’t doubt that, it had something to do with this same coworker Tifanie.
- AAAnonymousOct 24, 20241.0It’s ridiculous that for a simple return I need to give my first and last name, phone number, email address, and physical address. Never shopping from any American eagle again.
- PTPeter TrozzoloJan 9, 20215.0Great selection and customer service as always
