  Came in to exchange an unworn/unused item for a different size. The flimsy tag had fallen off my item when I tried on. The small T piece of the plastic tag that holds it on the item had half pop off and it was very obvious the tags had not been cut. The company refuses returns of any items with tags removed. This is disappointing and feels very scammy. Too many other places to shop than to waste money here where staff are rude and policies are scams.

  The manager was very rude when I went in to try to understand the return policies. She walked up and was like no you can’t return it so rudely and walked away. I had read a return policy online that stated I could return the swimwear so I wanted to confirm in store. I was not wanting a return, just exchange a size. The cashiers are young and nice, but this manager was not very polite. There are better ways to go about explaining something to a customer. Hope they are nicer to other customers. Sad because I loved this store and have bought many items but I don’t think I’ll be returning. :(

  These ladies were SO kind and helpful in my complicated purchase- they also helped me save money ☺️ such a great store and experience. Also, I love that you can ring the bell if you need a different size while in the changing room! They let me know if I needed anything to just hit the button.

  I didn't find what I was looking for but the staff was extremely helpful. Large selection and very organized. Definitely going back!
