  The girls are always so friendly! I did have a return outside of the 30 day window and I was offered a merchandise card, the manager apologized but explained the policy. I know most stores have the same type of return policy, so I totally get it! Ended up just using it for my purchase that day. The store was clean and they had a lot of product on the floor, if they didn't have an item one of the girls offered to check the backroom where she found the item. Overall a great experience.

  Wanted to check the sizing on some items before ordering online and as soon as I opened the door, one of the sales associates gave me the dirtiest look and stared at me. Google said they were open until 8 (I arrived at exactly 7:37PM and knew I would be out in 10 mins max - I’ve worked retail in college and I don’t want to be lingering right at close) I walked by two other employees and nobody said anything, until I walked over to Offline and was told they were closed at 7:30??! Then why are the doors unlocked? Did you know that it’s actually not that difficult to communicate that the store is closed instead of gawking at people who walk in and make them feel incredibly uncomfortable right when they walk in!?

  Came in to exchange an unworn/unused item for a different size. The flimsy tag had fallen off my item when I tried on. The small T piece of the plastic tag that holds it on the item had half pop off and it was very obvious the tags had not been cut. The company refuses returns of any items with tags removed. This is disappointing and feels very scammy. Too many other places to shop than to waste money here where staff are rude and policies are scams.

  They refuse to exchange a brand new pair of $50 pants because the tag fell off when my daughter tried on. We had the tag with us and receipt and had purchased 2 weeks before and the person at the counter was incredibly rude. I tried to speak with the store manager and she was even worse to deal with. Scam alert with this company!
