I stood looking at jewelry to purchase for some BIG SALE they're supposedly having right now in the jewelry department and I definitely WASN'T "window shopping because I DON'T do THAT! I like "instant gratification"! Meaning I want it NOW and if it's a ring and needs to get sized (if you know jewelry then you know jewelry stores ONLY carry size 7 rings in them ANY size above OR below REQUIRES sizing). I was purchasing a 10K-14K necklace, a cross with diamonds AND a ring. However NO ONE greeted ME 1ST of ALL! Secondly, NO ONE came to ask if I "needed assistance or was just looking"! I had to yell to the person that DIDN'T appear to work in the jewelry department but was with another customer. So naturally as a customer shopping READY TO PURCHASE NOT "looking to purchase, window shopping/browsing, etc." I finally notice someone walking towards me. Obviously it WASN'T her department but she DIDN'T inform the jewelry department employee that she had a customer. I look over at the worker that was assisting a "white customer" behind a jewelry counter and DIDN'T even bother to acknowledge me. So I asked aloud "IS ANYONE working in the jewelry department?" The worker who just finished assisting a customer in the jewelry department and returned back behind a different jewelry counter NEVER even acknowledging me or if I even needed assistance/wanted to look at a particular piece(s). I informed them how many people go off of my Google Reviews and that I do commentary for the CHIEFS, NFL, NFL on CBS & CBS Sports as well.

Was able to find SO much variety at this Penny's location I haven't seen before, and ended up leaving with many cute outfits and tops. I always have better luck finding my style at a Penny's than Walmart, and this one did not disappoint! We will def return for their variety, cleanliness, good location, and nice staff!👍

Adam(manager), what a wonderful person. This gentleman was so helpful and so kind. I really appreciate people that take their time to do whatever they can to help others. Thank you so much for all you did to help us with the issues we had with an order. I hope you have a fantastic week 10 out of 10 customer service.
