  Had a very amazing cashier sadly I didn't catch her name, she did mentioned she was a pastors daughter though and was wearing a black tank with her hair in a bun but she made the trip very personal and was very nice at check out and complemented everything we got, she also went above and beyond because we made a comment about the matching pajama shorts not being there and how it would be cute as a set, she then immediately went to check to see if they had it online so she could possibly order it for us

  I don't normally write bad reviews; however, I was extremely disappointed by the service at this location - especially because this was my first time shopping at Aerie. The older blond cashier/manager who was training people that was working at 5:00 on 5/26 was rather dismissive of me and - very annoyingly - intentionally signed me up for an account without my permission or consent. She simply instructed me to fill out the new account information (which includes all of my personal information) without even asking me whether I wanted to join the program. It was very rude, and I truly feel like I was tricked into signing up! I understand that this is a small problem; however, it truly soured my shopping trip! Safe to say I unsubscribed and deleted my account the second I left the store. As a former retail employee myself, I understand that managers have quotas to reach; however, PLEASE ASK NICELY and give people the option to opt out!

  I can’t say enough positive things about this store. It is an outlet store but they still get new merch. There is a little section of Offline while other stores have full stores but the staff is more than happy to order whatever plus you can also order stuff online and have it shipped to the store to avoid shipping cost. They get new clearance WEEKLY and A LOT of it separated by $5 $10 $15 merch. Love love love!!!!

  This is my favorite Aerie location! Millie especially is so kind and welcoming. She helped me pick out all new sizes and showed me so many cute new items! Loved it all! Will only be shopping at this location from here on out. Thank you Millie!

  i went earlier, and all of the girls were zero help. i was looking at bras and the girl that was running the fitting room was rude.. she made zero effort to talk to me or show me a fitting room. the girls at the cash register were talking to each other the entire time & the other girls on the floor talking to each other & we’re offering no help whatsoever. i felt completely out of place. if i was this store’s manager i would be so disappointed. please do better.
