  do not sell here. they won’t buy any name brand item but instead will buy items from shein or dirty clothes.

  Worst customer service I went in the Kiosk said No wait time I went in and tried to sell some slightly used Durango Cowboy Boots the only thing wrong is the insole is slightly rubbed off the black color I waited 40 mins just for them.to say, No but yet they sell shoes with holes in them and rips as well as jeans with rips in them that aren't factory made like that. You should've paid me for the time I wasted there for A wait time that said No wait and I waited 40 long mins.

  Absolute most disrespectful and immature staff who will literally laugh in your face after they inform their “sellers” that they didn’t buy a single thing they brought in. My overall experience here has continually went down hill more and more with each visit. This is actually been an ongoing issue I’ve had with this specific store not even unfolding the clothes I bring in nor even spending any reasonable time to go look at what sells I provided. It’s like nobody wants to work these days. YALL HAD ONE FREAKING JOB yet yall would still just always disappoint and lose the business as well as good, loyal customers rather than simply do you’re part. What a waste of time and effort on our part. Mind you I’m not even given a proper reasoning as to why they wouldn’t take the time to look at my stuff let alone not purchase it. No one greets at any entrance and this survey was also bogus for only having three options to answer in of which they all started with yes. I am very unsatisfied with the way they handle things as well as attitudes. Thank you for reading, I hope it can make a difference or bring any better visits to this store in the future. Again, BOGUS.
