- RTReal Talk3 days ago1.0In my 30s. Over the year since my high school years have probably spent thousands of dollars in these stores. Bought a shirt the other day not at any sort of discount discount, full price almost $70. Wash it ONE time button comes off. Simply want to exchange it. They told me to get lost. Will never ever ever step foot in an A&E store again. Will never buy any of their product again. I will make sure any of my friends and family do not as well. Absolute horrible. Let’s be real — overpriced clothes anyways. But the only reason I did buy A&E stuff is the sleeves a lot of times are plenty long and things fit me well. But no more. You can be buy Walmart gear or stuff from Rural King, and easily return no questions asked. I mean a $70 shirt washing up one time and the button comes off? And literally told me to get lost that’s our Policy? Absolutely not. Your policy will lose you one less customer, and I will make sure I will take a few with me. Customer service in America has went to absolute hell.
