While shopping, I felt like assumptions were being made about what I could or couldn't afford. When I arrived I was told the discounted fabrics are in the back and when I asked about the price of the sewing machines, I was told, "Too much." As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and not judged based on appearance. I purchased fabric during my visit and was genuinely interested in learning more about the store, but I left feeling unwelcome.
