- JVJessica VasilJul 16, 20261.0Came here with a friend to overall her work outfits after losing a significant amount of weight. Mid way through trying on clothes, I asked to use the restroom as I am 7 months pregnant, and was told their restroom is not for customers. We left without buying anything. I am waddling due to size right now. Terrible customer service.
- LWLeandres WillisMay 11, 20261.0Absolutely the worst customer service ever. One "assistant manager" Sydney is why I will not ever shop at Maurices. She was nasty, unprofessional, rude and had gross customer service skills. She was nasty, condescending and down right offensive. I asked for her name and managers name 3 times she refused to give it to me and processed to walk off. She later gave me a false name as well as false information. Please spend your hard earned money elsewhere. There are many other competitors who have wonderful sales staff, save yourself the troubles.

- TBTanya Brooks-EvansJun 1, 20241.0How can you have 4 to 5 workers walking around and only 1 person to service a line. If you never had walked away before it was my turn, then you never would've had to come back and service me anyway. There's 4 to 5 people there, if you leave the person that follows me all the time, you can use both registers and there would hardly ever be a line. Maurice, try hiring people who like and enjoy working with the public.
