- AMAna MiguelFeb 6, 20261.0Zero stars! Letansia Brown just told me they no longer take online returns. It is ridiculous when I have been a loyal customer since 2000. Paying full price for EXPRESSS online clothing NOT factory with cheaper fabric. I expected more from this brand. Time to cancel ALL my business with this company. Including my Express credit card.
- ATAlbin ThottiyilOct 9, 20241.0Horrible customer service. Assistant Manager Angel is extremely rude and not welcoming. Store does accept returns even though receipt and within 30days policy. Highly recommend not buying anything from here due to poor quality. Her attitude was rude and dismissive. Express Customer service corporate escalated the situation when I called them at the store and made them take the returns. Never ever visiting g this particular store!
- DPDevon M PowersApr 18, 20221.0I hate being this guy and 99.5% of the time I will drop it but to save any young people from frustration... we walked in asking for help matching colors of my pants to a jacket. Instead of helping the lady (assuming manager on duty?) instantly got snarky saying “a jacket is around $200 is that going to be okay for you?” (It was the tone used that was horrible) she went to the back to check if they had a jacket came out with the wrong color and mumbled “no that jacket is too dark blah blah blah” to a co-worker who just giggled about it. I’ve always loved shopping at express, I get all my suits and shirts from there but I’m going to have to switch stores after today. If you don’t like customers get out of customer service. 1. Young people aren’t all “broke” or “stupid”. 2. Treat people with kindness and respect. 3. It doesn’t take a whole lot to smile even if you fake it!
