- VGVeronica GaytanMay 1, 20251.0I have been a loyal customer at this location for many years and have consistently made purchases here. On several occasions, I have noticed that sensors were mistakenly left on my items. Despite that, I have never encountered any issues when it came to exchanging merchandise. Recently, I accidentally purchased several identical items. When I attempted to exchange or return them, the new staff members refused, claiming that it had been over two months. However, the receipt clearly shows that only one month and two days have passed since the purchase. This experience is quite disappointing, especially considering the significant amount of money I regularly spend at this store.

I went to return it less than a week due later And was told I cannot receive a refund or merchandise credit because the tag was not on. I had the tag, receipt, and original purchase method with me. Absolutely terrible corporate policy and will be sure to not return to any express in the future. The clothes, employees, and store itself were fine.

The clothes seem to be more reasonable as far as prices and the staff has changed. I always enjoy going to the express in Southlake and one of the previous ladies I always saw there now works at the outlet. She was always helpful and im so happy to say the experiences here have now been much more pleasant and you can get help now when you come in the store. I visit frequently and everyone is super nice and helpful.
