  I called 3x just now. Sunday afternoon. At 5:10 pm. Christine I believe is very rude and argumentative. I cancelled my whole order on the phone after she put me on hold for 15 mins on the phone. I called right back and a male picked up the phone. He was kind. At the end of the call I asked her name so he put her on the phone and she started bickering about she couldn’t hear me. But I never was able to speak.

  DSW is decent but I read one comment saying the material of the shoes suck, and yes in my experience they do. I just bought a pair of shoes 7-27-26. I wore them for a couple hours around my house, they were hurting and felt kinda tight so I figured I just needed a size up. I came back to the store today 7-29-26 about 2 pm.. the cashier was female I didn’t get her name but I should have, I tried to exchange the shoes for a bigger size had my receipt. Then she wants to look at the shoes then says to me no I can’t take these there are scuff marks. I even checked myself there was not a single scratch or mark, the shoes still brand new. Will never come here or waste my money here again.

  Wonderful experience today. Found exactly what I was looking for. The young lady at checkout was incredibly nice & was a delight to speak with.

  Horrible, customer service...not one employee parted their lips to say good morning, may I help you just no acknowledgement whatsoever. Large selection of low quality, cheap material, Over priced shoes. DSW Use to be on the top of their game. I even viewed the "clearance rack" and that was a joke. Not the store it use to be. Don't know how they remain open.. The entrance carpeting was filthy at 10:10 am!
