  I have purchased watches, wedding bands, necklaces, and diamonds from Smith’s over the past 15 years. They are also my “go to” for all jewelry repairs, maintenance, and even watch battery replacements. I can name most the the Smith Jewelers team because they have earned our family’s trust and we consider them friends. Emily, Abby, Phil, Johanna, and Robby have all built a relationship with my wife and I and we truly enjoy stopping in whenever we are on the square in Noblesville.

  This is unlike any other jewelry store I have visited. Similar to others, as one expects: they are professionals, knowledgeable, and have a great selection. But they go beyond that: they take their time to hear your story without pressuring you to buy. No pressure at all. They are filled with kindness and great humor and going in there is an experience on its own. Highly recommend!

  Update: The owner contacted me and explained how this simple transaction went south. He also apologized profusely. He mentioned there was a training opportunity and in the end, my ring was completed by him and is perfect. He has a technique he uses that does not harm the ring. It was sized and placed in the vault. As a courtesy, my service was no charge. Thank you Robbie! I am changing my rating to five stars based on you restoring my trust. This has turned into excellence Original post: I was asked to write a review from Smith so here goes: first off I have purchased several pieces of jewelry from them from the previous owners and a wedding ring from the current owners. A few weeks ago, When I went into the store, Several people that came in after me was waited on before I was even though I had gone up to the counter and let them know that I needed some assistance before Other patrons walked in. I asked them how much longer it would be before they would wait on me and they said they didn’t realize that I was waiting. They thought I was with someone Else. I needed a ring sized. It was taken upstairs to be inspected by the jeweler who accepted the piece. They told me before leaving that I could call and see if it would be ready early, which I did. I called a day early and I was basically chewed out and told they put the date on there for a reason. The following day was when I was supposed to pick up my ring and I was told that they would not be resizing my Ring. They did not feel comfortable with the adjustment so they’ve contradicted themselves and made themselves look stupid. She also ended the call before I could even ask how I get my ring back. Very disappointed…Sorry but it’s not the same Smith Jewlers we used to love and know that’s all I’m saying. I’ll find a more customer friendly jeweler to work with in the future.
