  Smith’s Jewelers has once again exceeded my expectations. I have been a longtime customer, and they continue to remind me why I keep coming back. They recently created a beautiful necklace for my daughter’s 22nd birthday, and it turned out perfect. The price was right, the service was excellent, and the employees were absolutely stupendous from start to finish. They took the time to make sure everything was just right and made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. I highly recommend Smith’s Jewelers to anyone looking for quality work, fair pricing, and outstanding customer service.

  In store it is fine depending who you get. Same with the phone service. Rude and snippy behavior was given when I asked for a simple estimate (and yes I am very aware it is dependent on my needs and what it is I have for needing jewelry repaired). Rating would be higher there was less attitude when no offense was offered in the first place.

  We have gone to Smith’s for so many things but I have to say my custom wedding set is by far my favorite. Over the years they have had to size it down and up for me. It’s so unique that it’s been something that always gets noticed and I’m told by others how much they love it or how beautiful it is. I most definitely agree.

  WONDERFUL PEOPLE!! Abby is the best! Professional, helpful, patient for those like me that likes EVERYTHING and takes a while to decide! I recommend Smith Jewelers to those looking for quality jewelry!

  I recently took 2 rings - my wedding bands and my grandmother’s ring, to be resized. I had lost a lot of weight and found that the ring designs couldn’t really accommodate being reduced so significantly… After lots of consultation and conversation, I decided to redesign my wedding rings and to have the diamonds from my grandmother‘s ring split between my 2 girls. Each daughter visited the shop numerous times and worked with Abbie to find a style that suited each best. Abbie was amazing! So patient, so kind and so knowledgeable about styles and stones. She got to know each of us so well and offered up suggestions we would have never thought of on our own. Today we picked up our rings and they are perfect! My grandmother would be SO happy to know her ring was now going to be shared and passed on to future generations. I have 2 nieces and will be back with them soon so that they, too, can use some of Granny’s stones to design a keepsake of their own. The entire Hieser family that owns Smith’s Jeweler’s are so friendly and welcoming and incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Highly, highly recommend!
