The Associate asked me “Are you ready to check out?” I said no I don’t have anything! She says you do in your hand? I said a return receipt, keys & a wallet ? That belongs to my daughter? She said oh, I thought that was our Merch? Like No - this is not Ok ! Mind you we left with nothing as I felt very disturbed by this Associate & really Accused me of Stealing ! Nothing ! A Manager can call I have the return receipt & the same clerk did the return! She was rude & Awkward & should not be dealing with the Public at All ! Thank you

I had an 8 item order shipped to this store and something happened to where only 3 items were actually shipped. She got on the phone with customer support for me and waited 20ish minutes for someone to answer. She helped me re-order my items and was so sweet and amazing through it all. I didn't catch her name unfortunately. But it was today (Wednesday June 3rd, 2026) around 11:30am. She deserves a 10 star ⭐ rating!

The old lady with short blonde hair was very rude and looked annoyed that we went in. She was not welcoming at all and her dismissive vibe was off putting. I ended up leaving within a few minutes. We left the store around 4:30pm and she was already locking up the Caique side on our way to our car. If you don’t like customers, why work in customer service.
