Went in looking for new bras. The girl that offered me assistance was nice but for some reason kept telling me she was sorry. I tried on some bras and they didnt fit. Asked to be measured and the girl got even more nervous. Ended up telling me a size 2x to big. She was the ONLY person who would talk to me. The store manager I assume, short blonde hair, asked every person in the store if they needed help but wouldnt even speak to me. I tried to ask a question and she just walked away from me. Im a retail store manager myself and cant imagine treating customers this way. After trying on over 20 bras I finally figured out my size myself. I then was trying to figure out what underwear was on sale and tried to ask 2 different people. Finally the 3rd person, stopped answered my question and then just walked away! Went to check. The out the short haired blonde was on register and just rude.Ive worked as a manager for over 20 years and the vibe this woman was giving off was just RUDE. I have never felt more judged when shopping. PLEASE FEEL FREE TO CONTACT ME. First time in this location I normally buy from Lane Bryant online. I now remember why.

Prices are way too high anymore and they no longer carry my bra size.

I would give Zero Stars if I could. I was holding my daughters return receipt , keys & wallet. The Associate asked me “Are you ready to check out?” I said no I don’t have anything! She says you do in your hand? I said a return receipt, keys & a wallet ? That belongs to my daughter? She said oh, I thought that was our Merch? Like No - this is not Ok ! Mind you we left with nothing as I felt very disturbed by this Associate & really Accused me of Stealing ! Nothing ! A Manager can call I have the return receipt & the same clerk did the return! She was rude & Awkward & should not be dealing with the Public at All ! Thank you

I just wanted to give a shout out to the sales associate who helped me out today. I had an 8 item order shipped to this store and something happened to where only 3 items were actually shipped. She got on the phone with customer support for me and waited 20ish minutes for someone to answer. She helped me re-order my items and was so sweet and amazing through it all. I didn't catch her name unfortunately. But it was today (Wednesday June 3rd, 2026) around 11:30am. She deserves a 10 star ⭐ rating!
