  Rude staff from the manager on down. Unorganized store. Just shop online, it’s cheaper as you get online-only discount codes that can’t be used in store.

  Loooovvvee the online shopping but the Store associates at the Mishawaka Indiana store, particularly Lily are extremely rude to people of color. I went to pick up an order and she said "wrong store" and walked away. Is that how you handle customers who spend thousands a year?! Disgusting 😑

  Will never shop there again. Employees were rude. Tried to return a pair.of pants i had tags and receipt but since tag was not attached they wouldn't return it. I will take my business to Buckle, the employees are nicer.
