Always loved the lenses and durability of the frames so I came in looking for a new pair. Ended up having a horrible experience with the sunglasses (faulty batch from manufacturer) and Jen went above and beyond to rectify the situation. She is a genuine caring person who was willing to work with the customer to make the situation right and in doing so gained a life long customer. Sunglass Hut should consider themselves lucky to have such a great employee.

She helped us on 2 separate occasions with defective Oakley frames, and went out of her way to make sure the situation was rectified and we walked out happier than we did for our initial purchase. It’s a rarity to find a nice, helpful, human being, especially in the service industry. She gained a life long customer. Highly recommended seeing Jen at Sunglass Hut MC, if only to gauze upon her dope matching outfits. She deserves a raise.
