- DLDiana LashApr 20, 20261.0Alful I bought a purse and wallet yesterday paid cash today went to get my money back and they did not want to give back my money I had a receipt the manager Max got involved and threw my purse and wallet over the counter and said we was done I said no I want my cash back or I would call police he finally gave me my money and told me not shop at store any more.If they have a no cash policy that should be posted all over the store Max is very rude and I will not shop at Michael kors online or in store

I asked the staff to get for me a brand-new bag, when I got home, I found the seals were removed and the tag string was broken look like a returned item. I went back within 30 minutes to exchange it, but the staff were unfriendly and insisted it was “new” just because it had a tag and plastic bag. They refused to replace it, so I had to return it. Very disappointing service. Staff attitude needs improvement. They don’t even have their name tag. But they work on March 17, around 4:30–6 PM.

My mom was trying to gift her friend a wallet and needed a gift box, but the cashier( a man with glasses) was not listening to what my mom was saying. My mom said could I please get a gift box, but the cashier kept saying we have a policy of giving 1 bag per person and my mom told him we don’t need the bag we just want a gift box and he kept on yelling at us saying it’s a company policy. Even if it was an extra bag, I can’t see why there needs to be a big argument over it.
