  I was very disappointed with my experience at this location. The store felt poorly managed, and it showed in the overall customer experience. Employees often seemed more interested in talking among themselves than helping customers. I also felt immense pressure as I was told, I wouldn’t be able to make a return if I “didn’t have a rewards account” The girl at the register was incredibly rude and quite frankly seemed unsure of what she was doing. During my visit, I overheard staff making negative comments about customers, including complaining about people making returns and calling customers “stupid” for ordering online instead of shopping in the store. Hearing employees speak that way about customers was surprising and made the environment feel unprofessional and unwelcoming. The management team also came across as dismissive rather than helpful, and the overall atmosphere felt disorganized. The store leadership did not present the level of professionalism I would expect from a management team, and that seemed to influence the culture throughout the store. I really saw this from what seemed like the store manager, I believe her name was Rachel. I had also experienced a man with longer hair be incredibly sarcastic and just flat out rude. Customer service was inconsistent, employees didn’t appear to be well supported or well trained, and the store lacked the professionalism I’d expect from a national retailer. Employees just wandered throughout the store without asking if anyone needed help. Based on my experience, I would choose to shop at a different location in the future.

  Ben was great at assisting me finding the perfect pair of jeans. Will shop with AE more often! Affordable and good quality.
