  JCPenney always has great clothes but there was a screw up with the manager. My friend had gotten there at the end of the night. She had been at the salon. She pay for her service. The girl at the register didn't seem to professionally know how to ring up the different things that she had done to her hair and the computer began to mess up and reboot during her check out. The lady said she could not give her a receipt because of it. My friend said okay because of the long delay of waiting on a receipt. When my friend left the store she accidentally left a shopping bag. We called the store and said that we'd like to come back and get it. They said they were closed for the night and also the credit card had not gone through. We told them that according to her bank it did go through. And there was probably an issue because the computer had rebooted during her check out. We came back to the store to pick up the bag later that evening and the manager continued to say that her purchase did not go through but even an hour later her bank said it did go through. The manager did not seem to be very nice about the situation. The manager was insisting her to pay again for her service. We stood our ground saying we should wait because her bank showed that it did go through and it was probably messed up because of the reboot. Finally the manager agreed to wait till Monday and they would get ahold of us if it did not go through on their side. We did not hear from them again. And my friend will never return to their salon. The manager should have had a little bit more sense knowing that when the computer rebooted on my friends purchase, it is possible that it would have messed it up. She was standing right there when it happened. The girl had to called her when she had messed up the register.

  Website says they're open till 7:00 p.m. on a Sunday I get here at 6:00 and they are locking the doors somebody needs to update their website this is terrible customer service

  Store looks cleaner, updated, fully stocked. There are more associates on the floor. Bought several tops. Will return Nice job.
