- TMTisha McAmis2 days ago3.0I really appreciate that they buy all kinds of stuff and are always pretty fair on the price. But....They just never answer their business phone number listed on Google and their website and it's very frustrating to waste time and gas, having to make a trip there, and then be turned away because they aren't currently buying it or whatever else they happen to say as the reason. My point is that customer service involved the business phone number listed as well as in-person business so I really would appreciate it if you would tell your employees to please answer the phone whenever it rings during regular business hours. It would be much easier to do that and tell someone no than have to turn away a customer in person who's trying to sell something to be able to feed themselves and their kids!
