- CZCrisany ZookSep 1, 20261.0I also left the following review on their website. The store workers are not the problem. It's the lack of craftsmanship and greed of the corporation that's the problem. No denim warranty because they can't guarantee use I bought this pair of shorts July 9th. I really love this pair of shorts. I got tons of compliments the very few times that I got to wear them. I went to put them on Saturday so I hold on to the bottom of zipper and went to zip them up and got a really strange inch long rip right along the outside zipper seam. The store I purchased from only offered a $10 credit towards the next pair because AE doesn't have a denim guarantee(news to me). I didn't think that was acceptable considering I still have jeans from years upon years ago that I wore much tighter than these shorts(they are relaxed fit strigid). I have never had an issue like this before, so I called customer service. Customer service decided that because I'd worn the shorts, that they're not returning or exchanging them because the shorts don't have tags still. I find this extremely unacceptable and I will NOT purchase from American Eagle again in the future nor will I reccomend them. I can only recommend purchasing from Wrangler, Lee, Levi's, and Abercrombie& Fitch. Those denim companies have never played in my face like AE just did
- CGCami GuerinMay 24, 20265.0I enjoy going to this store, they have lots of things to look at and the employees are friendly and helpful! I had an order delivered to the store for pick up and the lady working was very patient with me when trying to find the code in my email. I also picked up a cute pair of socks.
- SSsunghoonOct 2, 20221.0i don’t recommend coming here. the workers stare at me. i’ve come in with my mom and i’ve also come in with my friend, both times they stared at us like we were going to steal something :/ the products are nice but the workers make me uncomfortable. i’m sure not all of them are like this, but the times i visited i had a bad experience
