  Had planned to buy a dress and possibly all of my bridesmaids dresses from here but was treated so poorly in store that I will be taking my business elsewhere. The women I was with were so taken aback by the employee's comment that seemingly came out of nowhere(she approached us from across the store) that they wanted to leave immediately. I don't know if the employee working on 8/13/26 thought I was too poor or too big to fit the clothes but I was treated like a child for looking at a tag. I might expect this behavior if we were being obnoxious but my friends and I are introverted people pleasers so thats not the case.

  I overheard the worker with bright red hair call a client fat. HORRIBLE customer service.

  Thank you VANESSA, for being so helpful while shopping for my daughter’s dress. I only gave 3 stars because the 2 women standing at the front desk refused to stop chatting each other up and help me after I requested them to pull down a dress for me. I was told to wait on Vanessa to get down cleaning the fitting room. I went and asked Vanessa for assistance and she admittedly stopped what she was doing to help. Meanwhile the manager and other employee continued to chat the whole time we were in the store trying on dresses. Red head and the lady with glasses. There was no other clients in the store. Today at 3pm

  Crowded for prom shopping. Huge variety of dresses. Items way too crammed on racks making it difficult to actually shop. Store itself is arranged oddly and you can get backed into a corner. This might have been due to the big prom selection though. I don't know what the store looks like other times of the year. The head cashier/manager was absolutely awesome, knew her job well, and provided superior service.
