- AAAnon Anon4 days ago2.0Younger African American man that worked there Jul 2nd, 6-7pm, Incredibly rude, looks like he hates his life and just all around negative. Went back in 20 min later and was also treating this other couple like crap ;) tbh, don’t hire people that hate their life 😂 (I did not catch his name at all) - There is also another younger female that works there that’s kind of awkward and rude as well. Not saying to fire them but atleast train them :)
- SSSeasonedTravelerJun 21, 20261.0I was in this store tonight, and witnessed the sales associate accuse a customer of stealing. This must have been humiliating for the customer. I wasnt watching the guy, but the customer was very adamantly asking the clerk to watch the video and wanted to stay and wait for security, but the sales person didn't want them to for some reason, which i found extremely odd. It's almost as if the sales person planned to steal these glasses, so at the end of the night he picked some random customer to pin it on. Not a good look, sunglass hut! You should get rid of this guy! At the very least, he desperately needs to be retrained! Even if this customer stole something, which im pretty positive was not the case here...this guy handled this totally wrong! Created a bad experience for everyone in the store, and an even worse experience for the poor guy he was wrongly accusing. Train this guy or let him go!

After i asked him to review the camera, he was throwing a tantrum like a child because he could clearly see the glasses were put right back on the shelf! DO NOT SHOP HERE! They will accuse you of stealing when they feel like it. Instead of spending $500 on glasses, now ill never go back into this location again! After he reviewed the camera, he felt stupid and then refused to call security. Great way to run off your customers! You need to fire this guy! He refused to give the managers name, but ill be calling her tomorrow. This guy is killing your business! Get rid of him immediately! Mitchell was their name, gotta go!
