  I can't say enough great things about Stone Mart and Heather. We fell in love with some quartzite at their showroom but it was sold. We were becoming anxious because we couldn't find anything that matched that stone. They went out of their way to locate the same quartzite. We can't wait to have it installed. Thank you Heather and thank you Stone Mart.

  Maybe our experience was isolated but I want to make sure everyone gets the lot number before they leave the building. Once we had a problem that was the only number they cared about and we did not have it, and no one asked prior. We went in on a Wednesday and picked White Thunder. Our contractor called on the following Monday and confirmed they still had the granite in location D4. The granite got delivered the following Friday and it was not what was in D4. All of a sudden the lot number was the magic piece of information that we did not have and no one asked us for before there was a problem. I am not sure it was a bait and switch or if someone offered to pay more but get the LOT NUMBER. See pictures of what we wanted and what showed up at our fabricator. Both are apparently White Thunder from different lots. We ended up getting granite from a different supplier and it was returned at no cost to us but definitely bummed we did not get what we wanted. The indoor picture is what we picked and the outdoor picture is what showed up at the fabricator.
