Arnie was very nice, warm, and sweet helping me navigate a very tragic situation! The previous ring I purchased with Shane Co. last year was stolen and she helped me build the closest to the same exact ring I custom made before!

Arnie was amazing! She helped us pick out exactly what we were looking for. She helped pick the perfect wedding band for my fiancé and come up with the perfect custom band for myself.

We purchased my engagement ring and both our wedding bands here. The staff is so personable and kind. They don’t push you into a sale and are willing to work with you wherever you’re at in your process.

Incredible experience with Nathan! We came in looking for an engagement ring. I had Pinterest photos of what I wanted and he pulled multiple bands that were similar. After looking at different center stones, he could tell I wasn’t feeling the spark. He pulled a completely different set off of intuition, and I fell in love. He explained the symbolism behind the design and without knowing our story, it was perfect for us. I got emotional and he was so nice about confirming that’s how it should feel. This is exactly what I thought ring shopping would feel like. Thank you so much Nathan!

I brought my wife in for our anniversary and was immediately greeted by Amanda who helped us during our visit. She was very personable & professional in helping us find the perfect anniversary gift for my wife. There were lots of different options to choose from and she helped guide us to the right ones based on what we shared. I would recommend Shane Co to anyone looking for a quality jeweler.
