Chris Route greeted me, found the exact chain I was looking for, and was utmost courteous and professional throughout the transaction. My experience felt very individualized, not rushed, and I was treated as a valuable customer. Shane Co. on 96th will be my go to for future jewelry purchases based on this experience.

Free cleanings and sizing is a great perk to have. When we come we're usually helped by Amber who is fantastic. She's really cool and works with us finding the best solution to meet our ring expectations. They are also pretty fast on getting your ring back to you usually within a couple of days if you need work done do it. Overall I would recommend everyone I know you go to Shane Co.
