  Had a great experience. We knew exactly what we went in for, but they were very friendly and gave great suggestions to what they believed would be better and very knowledgeable about their boots. The worker helped me out while I was holding my daughter who didnt want to be put down which was very sweet and appreciated. We ended up not only leaving with a pair of boots for my husband but me as well. 10/10 recommend, i will be sharing. *my husband's old boots and new ones*

  Cannot explain how friendly and knowledgeable the staff was. Had no idea it existed but glad we found it. Definitely a Hidden Gem

  Used to be great. I bought a ton of stuff for my AT thru here in 2023. I've been back twice recently. The first time I was looking for Darn Tough socks and they had almost no selection. The second time I had really poor service from a staff member who seemed to be having a very bad day and was also woefully on uninformed on backpacking. I hope they improve.

  Amazing service. Very knowledgeable Yakima dealer, no charge for installation, and installed up until closing time. Great gear selection as well with good deals on brands like Patagonia and Oboz. They have made me a lifelong customer!
