  Amazing service. Very knowledgeable Yakima dealer, no charge for installation, and installed up until closing time. Great gear selection as well with good deals on brands like Patagonia and Oboz. They have made me a lifelong customer!

  Gabe is the man!!! He helped my mom and I find our perfect pairs of shoes for our Dolomites Trip this summer. Took his time, explained all the different options, helped fit us, and answered all our questions. Didn’t get the managers name but he was a massive help too. When we made a decision and they didn’t have my size in the waterproof option - he wasted no time in filling out an order for me to get what I needed! Will shop here again 100%- thanks guys!

  So I had postiond my trailer so I could back up in the gravel and pull my trailer out. A young man working at rusted moon assisted in loading the kayak I had just purchased from them told me that I shouldn't back up but instead back out into the street, which would be more difficult for most inexperienced driversattempting to back a trailer. I found it very odd for someone with little to no experience in backing a trailer telling someone with more miles backing up than they have driving forward telling them how to back a trailer.

  I recently had an extremely enjoyable experience at Rusted Moon. I will add that Jake and his staff are informed and and good listeners. When in need of gear this should definitely be a place to go for your needs.
