  Maggie Mulinaro was fantastic to work with at Reis-Nichols. She was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire process easy and enjoyable. She took the time to answer all of our questions and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. Highly recommend asking for Maggie if you stop by Reis-Nichols!

  I have an incredible art deco JLC Reverso men’s watch. It got scratched at my son’s Utah wedding reception. A good memory! Cheri and Ian at Reis-Nichols restored it to new — Ian doing his usual exceptional buffing and other artisan skills. My family is 3 decades into this relationship!!   Brice helped us from start to finish with the choosing of my engagement ring and our wedding bands. Brice made the experience fun, personal, and he was very professional and knowledgeable. In the end, I got a gorgeous engagement ring and wedding band that both have special meaning to me, and that are absolutely stunning. The craftsmanship far exceeded my expectations. My fiancés wedding band is classic and beautiful as well. We will always remember the several trips we made to Reis Nichols and how much fun we had throughout this entire process!!

  Highest quality of product but more importantly the highest quality of service. Matt Wortman takes the time to understand your needs and the given situation. He then provides direction with a high level of understanding of the products that work best for you. Never any pressure and always timely to respond. I would highly recommend both Matt and Reis-Nichols.

  I have been searching for a very specific piece for over eight years. That search ended at Reis-Nichols, and I could not be more grateful. From the moment I walked in, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Despite a busy floor, both Brice and Joshua made me feel as though I was the only person in the room and that kind of attentiveness is increasingly rare. Brice was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in understanding exactly what I had been looking for. He took the time to pull several pieces, ask the right questions, and truly listen not just to me. You could feel that his goal was not simply to make a sale, but to find the right fit. And then there was Joshua. He went above and beyond in every sense of the phrase. He disappeared to the back and returned with something I can only describe as the perfect neo-vintage piece the kind of find that stops you in your tracks. Joshua has an exceptional eye and an even better instinct for what matters to a client. What struck me most was how much this moment clearly meant to them as well. This was a big moment for me and my wife years in the making. Brice and Joshua treated it with exactly that weight. They were not simply going through the motions. You could feel their genuine enthusiasm, their pride in what they do, and their investment in making sure we left not just satisfied, but wanting to come back. They matched our energy, honored the significance of the occasion, and made us feel seen in a way that is very difficult to put into words. Joshua in particular made sure I walked out of there with the biggest smile on my face and that is not something I will forget. The amenities were top-notch, the atmosphere was refined without being intimidating, and every detail of the visit reflected the caliber of this establishment. This is not a one-time visit for me this is the beginning of a long and trusted relationship. Reis-Nichols has earned my complete confidence, and I will be relying on them exclusively to source pieces for me going forward.
