  I just had an outstanding experience at the men’s store here. Terance H., who got me a great pair of pants, the fitter and the tailor who hemmed my pants in 10 minutes flat, and Mykalondre all did an outstanding job. Very grateful for all of you! Thank you!!

  We set an appointment for our babies first pair of shoes. Nordstrom advertises as making it very special and helping you find a good pair and then giving something to the child. We got none of that. First when we showed up, the lady said she is busy with a different appointment and we can wait on someone else. The other person was not helpful at all. Just gave us the size and said well we really don’t have hardly anything in stock but you can look online. Complete flop and Nordstrom corporate should be ashamed!

  I had an outstanding experience with Jenna in the Men’s Fragrance department at Nordstrom. What really impressed me was that she didn’t just point me toward the most popular bottles—she took the time to ask about my style, the occasions I was shopping for, and the types of scents I typically enjoy. Her recommendations were thoughtful, and she introduced me to fragrances I never would have considered on my own. Jenna’s product knowledge is exceptional. She explained the differences between notes, longevity, projection, and how each fragrance develops throughout the day without ever making me feel pressured to buy. It felt like receiving advice from a true fragrance enthusiast rather than a salesperson. Customer service like this is rare. Jenna made the entire experience enjoyable, educational, and memorable. If you’re shopping for a new signature scent or just want to explore the world of fragrances, do yourself a favor and ask for Jenna. She is an absolute asset to Nordstrom, and I’ll be returning specifically because of the experience she provided. Thank you, Jenna, for setting the gold standard for customer service!

  I recently visited Nordstrom at Keystone Mall and found it to feel a bit smaller than other Nordstrom locations I’ve visited. I stopped by the men’s shoe department looking to try on a pair of shoes and was ready to make a purchase if they worked out. Unfortunately, I waited for assistance and was never able to get help from a sales associate. Maybe I’m a little impatient, but if a customer is standing around ready to buy, the process should be more efficient. After waiting long enough, I decided to leave without trying on the shoes or making a purchase. The store itself was clean and organized, but the service experience didn’t meet expectations.
