  I recently visited this store and really liked it. There are so many beautiful bags and accessories, it’s hard to choose. That day, they were hand-painting and customizing bags live, which I found amazing. It adds a unique value to each piece. The service was excellent, especially Carlos, who helped us with great patience. He’s very knowledgeable about the brand and guided us in a spectacular way, making us feel truly special. I bought a bag that I absolutely loved, and honestly, I fell in love with several others. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended if you’re looking for beautiful bags. 🫶🏻

  It’s not often that you get service like this. Shawndale is hands down the real deal! Give this person a raise! Thank you so much for helping us to capture Don Don on a handbag! 🐾

  Cool store with unique designs, mainly bags but they do also sell shoes, tShirts, wallets and accessories. Staff here are awesome! Very friendly and knowledgable. (Like if this review helps) tip: if you don't find what you're looking for in store, browse the Marc Jacobs website.

  Erica was a delight, and the store was very impressive. Plan to return for some Christmas shopping. Put this place on your must visit list!

  POOR customer service. I noticed the store immediately because it wasn’t here before! Was so excited to check it out. Absolutely no other customers were inside. We walked in at about 2:30pm on 12/29- crickets. The lady working was at the back counter on her phone with absolutely no care that we were in the store. We gave it a minute thinking she didn’t notice us but she knew we were there. She got off of it after 3 minutes in no rush whatsoever. I thought she’d say hi and come over to help us but no.. she stayed back behind the counter, stood there and just LOOKED at us and said nothing. Wow… you’d think with it being a new store that the employees would be exceptional and all. I really wanted to buy a bag but this was such a turn-off. We were like yeah, no. Customer service is everything. Management; check on your people. Won’t be shopping here.
