  We had a great shopping experience recently at LL Bean in Indianapolis. I left with some great threads. Ellen was especially helpful in picking out shoes. She was patient with our 6 year old daughter and with my difficulty landing on a pair that fits. We found a great pair in the end. I'll be back.

  This place was amazing, the staff had vast knowledge and experience backpacking and hiking. There were friendly and eager to share their experiences and their expertise.

  I took my wife to shop here a week ago and a few things I would mention. For sure the displays were neat, tidy and logically placed. And for my first purchase they gave me 20% off my purchase. It was fast and easy at check out and woman at the counter was incredibly friendly. Not only do they have some of the great looking stuff for women - they really sell high quality products. It got me such great smiles from my wife I intend to take her back on a regular basis. Kudos to the extra friendly staff. Good customer service is a lost art at most places.
