It’s nice to have an L.L. Bean in the Indianapolis area. Their employees are top-notch, always helpful, but not intrusive. And willing to go the extra mile to make sure you have a good shopping experience and help you find what you’re looking for and help you find the right size. You may be paying a premium for L.L. Bean clothes, but they last and their colors do not fade.

I would rate the store a 5 except that there few plus size items for women. Very nice store otherwise.

We had a great shopping experience recently at LL Bean in Indianapolis. I left with some great threads. Ellen was especially helpful in picking out shoes. She was patient with our 6 year old daughter and with my difficulty landing on a pair that fits. We found a great pair in the end. I'll be back.
