Store might well shut down . Mgmt is horrible, store manager is never in the building . Not much to shop from , going back to noblesville where floor is full and store is much clearer.

Would have been a better rating had I not been taken advantage of at this store. Bought a few comforters online February 7th and 8th and changed my mind about one of them after I seen the color of one of them. My card was charged for it on February 7th and 8th. Returned it on February 28 around 6:45 pm, not realizing the store closes at 7:00 pm. Got my return receipt and thought nothing of looking at it as who would think someone would take the refund and put on a card that did not belong to me. After a month I noticed the refund had not been added to my account so I called the credit card company and they told me that I had to get verification from the store that it was returned because it was not showing up on my account. NO KIDDING!!!! I called the store and left a message with someone to give to a manager to call me, because you cant reach one when you call. Manager calls me and asks for all the info I have on the receipt as she was going to look up the transaction after I explain the situation to her. She then calls me back and says that "the refund was credited back to the card that bought it", Im sure it WAS NOT!!!! Here I sit with no comforter and no way of getting this situation rectified. What a joke this company is. Going to continue to fight to get it straightened out and put on the correct account, as it should have been in the first place.

I am giving this review for the hair salon. I stopped by as a walk-in two weeks ago. I asked for my ends to be trimmed a bit so I could style it easier. My "stylist" turned my chair so I couldn't see what she was doing, and she absolutely butchered the heck out of my hair! I was in total shock and could hardly speak. The manager of the salon came out to speak to me and assured me that she agreed with everything I told her. She restyled my hair, but the damage was too extent. She told me she was going to send me a list of places where I could buy a wig or get extensions. She also said she'd call me in a few weeks to see how I was doing and would offer me a free cut in the future with a master stylist. I still have not heard back from her, and it's been over 2 weeks! I am very disappointed because she seemed so caring and concerned about me. I did find a place for extensions, and I really wish JC Penney would reimburse me for the cost. I had to walk around with my hood pulled up! Very unsatisfied!😥
