    Lashada did my hair just for her to be heavy handed and rough and was not polite what’s so ever she left gel caked yup in my hair my sow in became loose from all of the rough pulling she was doing I was charged 80 dollars for it completely over priced for no reason

    I went to walk my baby around and do some shopping at the mall. I entered JC Penny just before 7. There was absolutely no warning when they closed the gate, I had no idea their hours were different from the mall and there wasn't a prior announcement that I heard in the two minutes I was there. No one warned me either and they refused to let me out on that side. I had family trapped on the mall side, and I had to carry my baby through the pouring rain outside to get back in. Absolutely ridiculous. They couldn't do an announcement? Warn me while I was walking in? Open it for a second so myself and my infant wouldn't get soaked? How is that any way to treat anybody?

    Store might well shut down . Mgmt is horrible, store manager is never in the building . Not much to shop from , going back to noblesville where floor is full and store is much clearer.
