  This location does not care about its product or its customers. I tried to exchange an item of clothing that was from their new collection that had ripped after one wash and they could not make an exception to allow it to be returned to them. I then called the customer service and they accepted the piece immediately and were baffled as to why this store wouldn’t take an item that was clearly a manufacturers defect. Beware that this location does not care about the quality of clothing they are selling you.

  "I’m disappointed with my experience at the Keystone location. The staff did not proactively offer the discounts that provides online—I had to ask for them myself. For anyone planning to shop here, I’d recommend checking prices online beforehand. Transparency and consistency in pricing should be standard, and I hope this improves in the future."

  I visited this shop for the first time today. Everyone from the store manager to the retail associates were the kindest, most helpful people I had the pleasure of meeting. They were helpful in suggestions for styling my clothes and tailoring. They all worked with me to help me get a great foundation for new, versatile clothes that I can interchange throughout the season. I feel incredible and look phenomenal. Thank you all for making my day.

  This place sucks! So does J Crew factory. trying to do a return is an abysmal experience! If you receive a christmas gift and want to return it, good luck!
