- DPDAVID PRITCHETTtoday1.0I went in a couple weeks ago looking for hats, I left and noticed all the hats I wanted were in the front of the store on display and in the front corner where all the von Dutch was.. I retrieved the hat i was looking for and an employee, who had been bossing the cashier like she was a dog… from the moment I walked in I could tell this employee/ manager was on a power trip with her employee.. then she noticed where I had got my hat from and proceeded to tell me I can’t be up there??? I can’t be where you have tagged items??? HORRIBLE MANAGER SKILLS and you could just feel the fact the cashier was doing her best to get through the day. TOXIC and predictable. I’ll be back and the security guy sitting in the lobby should be held to a standard not to cus and act like an adult.

This time, she was also disrespectful to my daughters because they were looking at the toys. She even said she was “not a babysitter,” which was completely inappropriate. Customers come to your store to shop, not to get anything for free, and we deserve to be treated with respect. I hope your staff receives better customer service training and learns how to treat families and children with kindness and professionalism. A little respect and courtesy go a long way.
