- TOtatiana ortizJul 22, 20261.0This is the second time I’ve had a bad experience with the same employee. She is always rude and unfriendly to customers. This time, she was also disrespectful to my daughters because they were looking at the toys. She even said she was “not a babysitter,” which was completely inappropriate. Customers come to your store to shop, not to get anything for free, and we deserve to be treated with respect. I hope your staff receives better customer service training and learns how to treat families and children with kindness and professionalism. A little respect and courtesy go a long way.
