- SSScottSep 16, 20265.0I just had a perfect experience at the Bonobos location at Keystone Crossing Indianapolis. Jay, Ford and Bobby handled a return I made for my online order which had some sizing mysteries to solve for my body type. The challenge of wide shoulders, long arms and thin mid-section-waist. It is hard to find clothes to fit properly. Anyway, the long sizes were missing so Jay and Ford had to reassess things and shifted me to the best solution. Bottom line, I am very happy. The guys did a fantastic job diagnosing and then solving the problem. And they worked like a wonderful team that got along and shared the challenges and expectations to make my experience perfect…as a team. That’s a joy to see and experience. In addition, they were also dealing with the operational challenge of managing the transition of their POS system from old to new Shopify. Jay triaged the challenges of handling an order made pre-transition to new and all worked perfectly from my perspective. And Bobby reinforced all that went on. This was yet another perfect experience I’ve had at this location. A year ago, the team at the store at that time treated me and performed the exact same. So, kudos to the hiring and training. Anyway, give these guys some props and performance bumps boss. Seriously. Because that’s what keeps me buying and coming back.
