  The clothing is super cute! Unfortunately, though, my experience at this location was a little strange. A lot of the employees didn’t greet you when you came in, which is totally fine and to each their own. However, as a person of color, I noticed that some of the younger female employees followed my friends and me around the store. They kept asking if we needed help, but whenever we actually asked them for something, they would stay right next to us while talking to another customer who was across the store. The employees seemed really nice at first, but it became uncomfortable because they kept interrupting or ignoring us whenever we asked a question and continued following us around, even though I didn’t notice them doing the same thing with the other non-minority customers around us. What was especially strange was that after we purchased some items, they suddenly started treating us really nicely. I obviously can’t speak for their intentions, but the difference in how we were treated compared to the other customers around us was noticeable and made the experience super uncomfortable. The clothing is really cute, but this particular location just felt really strange.

  Shopping with Steph! DELIGHTED, overjoyed, THRILLED to see ALO giving in-person opportunities to shop & try-on at the Keystone Mall. Shopper’s experience was welcoming upon entry, with Chaz supporting oversight in the dressing rooms, making sure sizes in the varied line fit as expected. Grace provided an exceptional touch-point at check-out, answering all my questions and sending me ready to work out happily styled!

  I stopped after a long day at work and wanted to share how much I appreciated the experience. Sydney, Gracie, and Shay (apologies if I've misspelled your names) were incredibly welcoming from the moment I walked in. They were knowledgeable, attentive without being pushy, and took the time to help me find pieces that felt right for me. What stood out most was how natural and personalized the experience felt. It wasn't just great customer service—it felt like being helped by people who genuinely enjoy what they do and care about making customers feel comfortable and confident in their choices. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism. It made a bigger impact than you probably realize!

  Went in today and bought a pair of shoes and a hoodie! I had Ally help me in the fitting rooms with clothes and I believe a manager on the floor for a pair of shoes and they are both very welcoming. Definitely will be back!
