    I purchased two pairs of sunglasses in December. We left for winter vacation shortly after. The sunglasses needed adjustment. I stopped at two stores out of state and neither were equipped to do adjustments. After returning home I went to kiosk in the Greenwood Park Mall. The gentleman had only been working a week and wasn’t trained. He referred me to the Sunglasses Hut in Macy’s where the assistant manager was working. She tried to adjust the glasses while at the same time reading texts on her watch, answering the phone and looking at all the customers walking by. After 30+ minutes she gave me the glasses back that were worse than when I gave them to her. I asked for a refund and was told the manager could only do that. The manager was schedule to be at the store in 15 minutes, but never showed. The employee also didn’t offer to call her for help. On the receipt Sunglass Hut explicitly states free adjustments for a lifetime so you have the perfect fit. Unfortunately, their employees are not trained or qualified to make adjustments. If you are purchasing nice sunglasses like the ones Sunglass Hut sells, I would highly recommend purchasing from a different vendor. Sunglass Hut obviously isn’t qualified. Additionally, the customer service was below average. I purchase a lot of sunglasses, but they have lost a really good customer.

    My boyfriend and I were inside the Greenwood mall this past Saturday and we stopped at the Sunglass Hut booth. Jess was very helpful and knowledgeable about the different types of sunglasses, while also being personable and just an overall very nice human being.

    Small selection... hidden in the middle of the store... A waste of money if you ask me since there's a Sunglass Hut in the middle of the mall
