    The store in the middle of the mall don’t have good internet to order anything for you after you wait for 45 mins the. You go to the one in macys and they can’t get the glasses to ring up so you came to spend 600 and left empty handed but if ur leaving the mall LensCrafters has sunglasses too

    worst Customer service experience ever returned sunglasses over a month ago. Employee could not figure out how to give me my money back so they send me a merchandise voucher in the mail when I was told it would be a check only good for their store. Called customer service over five times and still haven't gotten my money back. Also, I still need to pay for these sunglasses as I'm waiting for the refund. Will never deal with them again. Spent quite a bit of money in their store as well.
