  I had a great experience working with Sabrina at Reis-Nichols on my custom engagement ring. She was extremely responsive, kind, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. She really listened to what I was looking for and made sure every detail was communicated clearly. I also appreciated that she was mindful of cost and helped me make smart decisions without ever feeling pressured. The whole experience felt very personalized, and I’m really happy with how everything turned out. I’d definitely recommend working with her.

  Carie was very helpful and informative today during their annual Watch Event. No pressure to buy just solid information and friendliness. Was already happy with Reis-Nichols as we bought our wedding bands here years ago and regularly stop in to get them cleaned, so we will continue to use it as our jeweler for anything we need.
