  I purchased a wedding set in 2017, I spent combined over $16,000, I was given alot of so-called warranties and promises as to caring for the item if something should happen after purchase. Cleaning, and free setting checks and so on. We'll after a few years I need a resizing on a diamond band 2019..few years after that the band cracked right were the jeweler chose to enlarge the band 2026. Now I'm told about the price for the repair..and maybe I should find another jewelry shop to fix the problem because I live in Mississippi. Well I made the purchase from Mississippi and that was never an issue when the item was sold to me.... Don't believe what the say!!!! Believe what they do!! It hasn't even been 9 good years with their sold product.

  Wonderful customer service and the best experience! They adjusted my watch strap so quickly, I only waited about 5 minutes. Sabrina went above and beyond. She welcomed me with a smile and answered every question patiently. Even though I only came in to have my watch strap adjusted, I walked out thinking I’d love to buy a watch from here in the future. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and made the whole process easy. I truly appreciated the excellent service and would definitely recommend this jewelry store!

  Brent is always so kind and compassionate when I come in. I have had to take pieces of my mother's jewelry she left me to get fixed. He always treats it as if it were his mother's and knows the memories that are attached to them. I will never go anywhere else as long as Brent is there.

  Visiting from NYC, where I had surprisingly struggled to get a watch bracelet properly resized and balanced before my trip, I decided to stop into a local jeweler to see if they might be able to help while I was in town. Reis-Nichols Jewelers had excellent reviews—particularly for their watch service and customer care—and they absolutely lived up to their reputation. I was greeted with a warm welcome upon arrival, and Sabrina was professional, friendly, and quick to have their watchmaker take a look. The entire process was fast and seamless, but I was happy to spend a few moments browsing their impressive selection of Tudor, Rolex, Hamilton, and other premium timepieces. Sabrina returned with a perfectly balanced bracelet and centered clasp—exactly what I was hoping for. It was a wonderful reminder of what an exceptional in-person customer experience can look like. Many thanks to Sabrina and her team. I will gladly return the next time I’m visiting Indianapolis and need anything done with my watches.
