- CCCaneedhamSep 1, 20261.0I am writing to formally log a complaint regarding three separate incidents at your Offline/American Eagle location over the past two weeks. The lack of professionalism and customer service my daughter and I experienced was entirely unacceptable. On our first visit, we were ignored for five minutes by multiple employees while waiting for a fitting room, forcing me to interrupt them to get help. On our second visit, the employees standing behind us while checking out began openly gossiping and making derogatory comments about the clothes my daughter was wearing from another store in the mall. Most recently, I had to deal with a major breakdown in your order system. Last night, store employees insisted an order of mine had been canceled, even though my app showed it was pending. While trying to resolve this, I observed five employees standing around who ignored me until I interrupted them for help. Today, I received a notification that the "canceled" order is suddenly ready for pickup. When I contacted your customer service line, I was offered a meager 10% discount. This does not compensate for the multiple wasted trips, the poor inventory management, or the outright disrespectful treatment from your store staff. I expect a higher standard from your brand. I look forward to hearing how you plan to address this staff behavior and properly resolve my order inconvenience.
