- AMAlyson MillerNov 30, 20252.0I really love shopping at Maurices. However, my latest experience was uncomfortable to say the least. I brought my infant son to shop with me, and had him in his stroller while I browsed. I was approached at least 5 different times by the staff asking if I needed a fitting room, help, etc.. My issue is it didn’t feel like they were trying to help, it felt like they thought I was stealing. Highly inappropriate considering I still spent over $200.00. I had placed a pair of shoes uncovered at the bottom of my son’s stroller (which I did end up purchasing them), I had no intent to steal whatsoever - but I’m wheeling a stroller around and they don’t have carts, so where else would I put it? The staff approached me and asked me where I found the shoes. I was genuinely confused because she works there? At one point she even pointed out if she was bothering me too much. Anyways, my experience was very strange and while I appreciate the effort, it was too much and the intent behind their effort was felt with ill intent.

Noticed as I read through that my bill was now $36 an change..i was late paying by about a week..but my late fee was 19.31..when I asked why..they couldn't give me an answer..careful what you charge an don't ever pay late they double your charged amount..an add a fee..
