- K2kize25 25Apr 19, 20261.0I would give a 0 if I could my son purchased a pair of wayfair gen 2 -- I opened and noticed a crack on frame and let me say it's 23 after purchase date and per there own receipt " easy returns" I take back on day 23 and the manager Janice--let me tell you how nice this creature was-- and I say creature cause the way she talked to me on phone I can't explain any other way--but informed me ---i "had 2 options pay more-- or send them off myself -- which means pay more--- I just wanted to exchange -- like receipt says--" easy returns " I would like to know how it's easy when I drove 1.5 1 way and have to do again on Tuesday so that will be 6 hrs of driving I will have to do for the easy returns that I've been told I'm not getting ANYTHING --STAY AWAY ---- oh and lady there( was witnesses there) said she would if up to her but scared (Janice) manager would fire her so sounds like ol ( Janice) really nice to everyone she encounters ---- not---- but to take advantage of 20 yr boy trying buy present for dad---sunglass but I would send secret shopper in for when the worst representative for your company you could have-- like I said that lady there had box out getting ready to exchange the glasses 23 days old only out on to try in and said was lose then seen crack and I mean crack and this not the easy return ---, very disappointed and would not shop her or tell ANYONE to shop there --- ABSOLUTELY EMBARRASSING for a company with such a good and big name---, you suck
