  Took in several pairs of brand new shoes and clothes to sell. The items they didn't want they put back into my tote. Some of the brand new t-shirts had been taken out of the package and the packaging just thrown all about. When I got home, I also saw they had taken the boxes for a pair of shoes and not given it back. I called about getting it back and was hung up on by Summer. Avoid this place at all cost if you want your items treated with care and back in the same condition. Rude employees who hang up on customers when they are the ones who made the mistake.

  Nice location with moderately good finds. What will prevent future business is the fact in which they don’t follow their discount policies as it pertains to first responder discounts. One visit they will allow it the next visit it’s NOT allowed. Post your policies and stick to them. Summer’s customers skills needs work.

  Places such a scam don’t ever sell your clothes to them. They go based off a computer system. I gave them a $200 sweatshirt they come back to me and they’re Like we’ll offer you $8.80 I said what the heck why that and they said it’s just based off what our computer system says but then they’re gonna buy it for $8.80 and sell the sweatshirt for The price I bought it or higher probably what a rip off will never be coming here again probably should stop using computer computers to give you the prices and just estimate how much it is yourself

  I always find something unique and different at a great price. Today I found thigh high faux suede boots that were the right size with a square toe and a high toe box. Can't wait for the winter to wear them. My thighs need to be a little more toned which by winter they will be. 😂 check out Plato's closet
