It ruined the surprise because the recipient had to be notified to go locate them, which they did and the arrangement was absolutely perfect. Mistakes happen but I was upset about the ruined experience of a surprise. They made the situation right without hesitation and were very apologetic. For the excellent customer service I highly recommend them. Their flowers were beautiful and it worked out. Thank you
