The person that I spoke with had the personality of a rock! She was robotic and incredibly RUDE! I told her about herself and said I would be looking at another florist. Then I called “Flowers and More”. They (Grace) had awesome customer service! Very refreshing after my interaction with the person at Zielder’s!
