  Genuinely disappointed in this store and their customer service. They have just about some of the rudest workers, rude customer service. I have felt uncomfortable in this store and even cried leaving the dressing room. Do better American Eagle. It’s better to be short staffed than to have workers that treat people so poorly. Again, do better.

  I am walking around the mall searching for items to buy. I come into the American eagle a couple times because I was uncertain about buying a few items I was interested in when an employee comes up to me and threatened to kick me out if I don't purchase anything. This made me solidify the idea of not purchasing anything from that store and leaving.

  “I am very disappointed with the customer service I received at your store. I am a regular customer and have shopped here many times, which makes this experience even more upsetting. Last Sunday, I purchased a pair of clothes and today I returned to the store because of a size issue. I had the receipt and the tags were still attached, but the employee told me that the item could not be returned because of store policy. I understand that stores have policies, but the way she communicated with me was very rude and unprofessional. This was not the first time I experienced this behavior. On my previous visit with my family, also treated us badly and showed a very rude attitude. I felt uncomfortable because it seemed like she was judging me and my family based on the way she treated us. As regular customers, we expect to be treated with respect and kindness. * I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving customer service so that no other customers have a similar experience.”

  Joseph the manager was absolutely a pleasure to work with, he helped recommend some jeans and they’re the most comfortable jeans I’ve ever put on. Will definetly be back for more. Highly recommend!
