  Seriously one of the nicest shopping experiences I’ve had in a long time at the Lululemon outlet. Everyone working there was super chill and genuinely helpful instead of feeling fake or salesy. They helped me find what I was looking for, answered questions, and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. The store was well organized, the atmosphere was great, and the staff made a big difference. You can tell they actually care about the customers. I ended up leaving in a way better mood than when I walked in.

  Got charged for extra items and prices weren’t adjusted, but I didn’t notice until I got home because I got an E receipt. When I called to inform them of the extra charges, they said nothing we can do about it, but that happens sometimes. When I asked how I could be refunded for the extra scanned items that “happens all the time”they said you have to drive down here to have it fixed. I do not live close by so I asked if there was any other way of reimbursing the extra scanned items. “We can’t do anything over the phone, go to another lululemon” but I shared concern about the outlet price being different and “how would a normal store know the sale price?” They started to have a lot of attitude like, “that’s not our problem, they can just call us.” I asked for their name so I could make sure I had a reference in case I drove to another store to make sure it wasn’t a waste of time. “We don’t give out names here” and hung up. Awful customer service and attitude for something they did tbh.
